How does it work?

• Install Cartridge Monitor onto PCs connected to printing devices in your company.
• All PCs connected to printing devices are linked into a network and the program collects data on server.
• With Cartridge Monitor installed the system administrator (or anyone who provides administrative support) gets total information on ink & toner levels of all printers.
• You select a Vendor on the program’s map or from a list of Vendors. You can see prices they offer for ink or toner cartridges. Pick the best price!
• Add a Vendor to Favourites. You can text him, give gim a call or request a call. Once you are in touch with preferrable retailer, agree on working together.
• Cartridge Monitor will notify both you and your Vendor when your printer supplies are about to run out. Your Vendor will deliver ink or toner at a time convenient to you.

The program has a list of retailers, who provide printer supplies – Vendors. It will have an interactive map which will let you select a Vendor to the nearest city (in Europe, USA). When you select a Vendor, he will contact you and ask which ink or toner cartridges and when they should be delivered. If you don’t like a particular vendor, you can always choose another one.
